After graduating from Texas A & M School of Veterinary Medicine I worked as a relief Veterinarian for 2 ½ years with Dr. John Spruill.
Loving the community of Laredo I purchased the Laredo Animal Clinic September 1, 1988. Twenty nine years have passed and I find every day as exciting and fulfilling as the first!
I care primarily for small animals, pocket pets, birds, reptiles, and other exotic pets. In addition, we have always worked closely with the Texas Parks and Wildlife game wardens treating Raptors and whitetail deer that have been injured. We especially enjoy working with the animals housed at the Bruni Vergara Environmental Center at Laredo Community College. We donated Lucky, the bobcat, 14 years ago, sponsored possum ally, a javelin Lucky, and the raccoon sisters are some of our more exciting patients!
I consider Laredo my home. Mike and I raised our two boys, Colton and Eric, while working at the clinic. I consider most of my clients as friends and many as family. I could never have asked for a more rewarding and fulfilling life than my practice here in Laredo.
